be free.
Where?
Behind the Plymouth Church
(See details below)
87 Edgell Road
Framingham, MA
Directions:
Going north on Edgell Road from Route 9, at Framingham Center, Plymouth Church is on the right. Enter the driveway on the
left side of the church. Follow the driveway all the way around the church as far as you can go.
See the diagram & photos below.

1. Follow the driveway on the left side of this photo all the way around the church.

2. This is the view on the back side of the church. The door to use is around the corner which is midway between the blue
car and the large bell.

3. Here you can see the doorway to use for our circle. Note where the blue car is on the right.

4. When you open the door to walk in you will see this stairway. Don't use the stairs. Just turn to the left, walk down the
corridor and take your first left turn.

5. Looking down this corridor, the classroom we're using is inside the second door on the right.
Water: An important drumming tool
Keeping yourself hydrated while drumming is of the utmost importance. It's especially important during hot weather, or if
your hands hurt or bruise. (If your hands hurt, you probably need to work on your technique too.) Drink a little water, here
and there during the session, even if you don't feel thirsty. Don't overdo it though.
Click here to read about a case of "acute renal failure" from drumming.
Below are a couple of photos of a classroom at The Plymouth Church. We have been holding our circles there instead of at Ellison
Hall since December 2005.
